Umrah Reisen β Information on the right of withdrawal
Under German law (Β§ 312g (2) No. 9 BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for package tour contracts.
This means that the customer cannot withdraw their declaration of intent to conclude a travel contract within 14 days.
Instead, the contractually agreed withdrawal and cancellation conditions apply in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (T&C).
We therefore expressly recommend that our customers take out travel cancellation insurance.
Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal, we offer transparent and fair cancellation conditions in accordance with our T&C.
